Our Approach

How We Approach Each Matter

Every engagement begins with a review of the client's specific situation. Before any work is quoted or commenced, we form a view of what the matter involves, what documentary requirements apply, and what a realistic process looks like — and we share that view plainly.

The three services below are distinct in their scope and in the kind of attention they require. A client may need one, or may find that their situation develops from one into another — for example, where a documentation submission leads to a denial and the matter enters dispute. We manage continuity in those situations.

Initial Matter Review

We assess each enquiry before advising on whether and how we can assist — and which service is appropriate to the situation.

Written Engagement Scope

The scope of work and associated fee are agreed in writing before any work begins. No work proceeds without a clear shared understanding of what it involves.

Managed Transition Between Services

Where a matter moves from documentation into dispute, the practitioner already familiar with the file continues the work — no handover, no repeated briefings.

Service 01

Pension Documentation Preparation

฿4,200 — Fixed Fee

A focused service for preparing the documentary file required for a pension application, particularly where work histories are long, varied, or include periods of self-employment. We work with the client to assemble employer records, contribution statements, and supporting evidence, and prepare a clear summary letter to accompany the application. The aim is to present a complete and well-ordered file from the outset, reducing the likelihood of follow-up queries from the relevant authority.

What This Service Includes

  • Review of existing employment and contribution records
  • Identification of gaps or inconsistencies in the documentary record
  • Guidance on obtaining additional evidence where needed
  • Preparation of the full application file in the required format
  • Summary letter prepared for accompanying submission

Survivor pension claim assistance

Service 02

Survivor Pension Claim Assistance

฿16,800 — Fixed Fee

A considered service for surviving spouses and dependents pursuing entitlement to a deceased family member's pension. We attend to both the documentary requirements — which can be considerable — and the procedural steps required by the relevant authority. The work is conducted with care for the family's circumstances, and we are explicit about timelines, possible outcomes, and the points at which clients will need to make decisions. Initial consultations are conducted at the family's pace.

What This Service Includes

  • Assessment of entitlement eligibility under applicable legislation
  • Full documentary file preparation for the survivor claim
  • Procedural representation with the relevant authority
  • Written updates at each procedural step
  • Consultations scheduled to suit the family's circumstances

Service 03

Long-Term Pension Dispute Representation

฿33,200 — Structured Engagement

Representation in extended pension disputes that have not been resolved through initial appeals — matters that may involve administrative review, judicial proceedings, or coordinated action with regulatory bodies. The work is conducted on a structured engagement basis with regular written updates and clear cost expectations. We are candid throughout about the strength of the case and the realistic range of outcomes, and we revisit that assessment at each procedural milestone.

What This Service Includes

  • Review and assessment of the existing dispute history
  • Identification of administrative review and judicial avenues
  • Formal representation in proceedings
  • Written case review at each milestone — shared with client
  • Coordination with regulatory bodies where applicable
